Leaving Our Impact on Higher Education at KSU

Power Design’s very own Senior Vice President of Engineering Misha Zeltser is empowering the future of the workforce by advising the faculty at Kansas State University and helping shape its curriculum.

As a KSU alumni (Go Wildcats!), Misha is giving back #MentorshipStyle to his alma matter by serving on The GE Johnson Department of Architectural Engineering and Construction Science advisory board. Misha and the board are capitalizing on their industry expertise to help customize curriculum that provides students with real world experiences. His goal is to create better alignment between today’s industry needs and new grads’ skillsets.

Kansas State helped get me to where I am today, so it's my turn to do the same for tomorrow's graduates. By aligning curriculum to current industry needs, we're developing quality candidates who will make an immediate impact on the industry.
