Sourcing to Spec
It starts before anything hits the dock. We work directly with architects, owners, and interior designers, pulling from a network of 1,100 global suppliers to deliver on design intent, brand preferences, budget strategy, and timeline. The fixture specified is the fixture installed.
Storage That Knows Where Everything Is
Once we source material, it comes to BASE. Very narrow aisle racking gives us more than 40% more storage density than a traditional warehouse, and every pallet is barcode-tracked from delivery to install. The result: 99.7% inventory accuracy.
Quality Checks Before Anything Is Shelved
We check every shipment before it's stored. We sample-check for quality — especially fixtures — because a problem caught here never becomes rework in the field.
Kitted by Unit
Fixtures are pre-kitted by unit in narrow, labeled boxes. Crews open what they need for the space they're in instead of sorting through piles, chasing reorders, or losing product to damage and theft. That means less laydown space, less downtime, and more time spent on install.
Wire Cut to Length
We keep months of MC and NC wire on hand and cut every run to exact length. Less waste on site, and the field stays stocked and on schedule.
Delivered On Time
When it's time to move, our own fleet takes over. We quality-check every load before it leaves the dock—right parts, right quantities. We hold a 100% on-time departure rate and 99.3% on-time delivery.
