Power Design Named a 2023 MEP Giant

For the third year in a row, Power Design has been named a MEP Giant by consulting, specifying- engineering, and recognized for our electrical, mechanical, plumbing, lighting, and systems technologies engineering and design work.  

“Being named a MEP Giant for a 3rd time speaks volumes to the investment Power Design has made in the quality and quantity of our engineering services and team who push beyond the constraints of a traditional design firm,” Senior Vice President of Engineering Misha Zeltser said.

We're committed to leading the industry across multiple trades but are especially proud to call ourselves a 2023 MEP Giant. 

Over the course of last year, our engineering and design services expanded resulting in us rising the MEP Giants ranks from #71 to #62 on the 2023 list.  

What got us to #62? Well, we've been strategically expanding our engineering and design services to not only be available during the preconstruction and VDC phase of a project, but also throughout the entire project lifecycle. Whether it is increasing our SmartSpaces amenities offered in project packages, designing a first-in-the-state floor-by-floor variable refrigerant flow (VRF) mechanical system, or effectively integrating energy opportunities into design services, Power Design makes the project’s constructability and feasibility a priority because we build what we engineer.
