    About The Position...

    Power Design is seeking a motivated social media professional who’s ready to join a growing team of brand champions. The Social Media Marketer role will work closely on creative production with our internal agency, and with a wide range of stakeholders to help drive sales and recruitment efforts on a national scale.

    Position Details/Responsibilities...

    • Lead the social media strategy and the day-to-day implementation of it across all Power Design social media platforms
    • Lead the paid social media strategy around recruitment marketing and brand awareness on Power Design social media platforms
    • Collect and/or design high-quality social media assets like original text, photos, videos, etc. for social media content and campaigns that align with established strategies and branding
    • Oversee the scheduling and publishing calendars of social media content and campaigns, and works with department representatives and directors concerning projects, programs, and special events
    • Collaborate on the implementation of the Power Design social media advocacy program and its initiatives
    • Collaborate with other marketing team members to execute social media needs related to larger business campaigns
    • Attend meetings as needed to provide social media concepts for campaigns and events
    • Research user engagement to recommend platforms and best practices for social media content and best engagement opportunities
    • Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) for specific campaigns and provide regular reports to stakeholders
    • Provide subject matter expertise of the latest digital and social media trends and capabilities
    • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.

    Here’s What We’re Looking For…

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or another related field is required.
    • 4-5 years’ experience in a social media content creation and publishing role, including social media advocacy initiatives, for a corporation or similar business is required.
    • Demonstrated experience creating high-quality content, including English grammar and spelling skills.
    • Experience using marketing platforms to distribute social media content such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Sprout Social, etc.
    • Knowledge of social media platforms, primary functions, and audience of each platform.
    • Knowledge in deciphering analytics and using research for plan development with an emphasis on social media and new media.
    • Ability to conduct long-range strategic planning for organizational effectiveness and to plan events that will occur throughout the year.
    • Positive, solutions-focused approach to projects that helps drive successful outcomes across teams.
    • Strong organizational, analytical, practical-thinking and creative skills to successfully manage ambiguity.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects with changing priorities, including shifting tasks and quickly reprioritizing.
