    Position Responsibilities

    • Manage the prefabrication estimating processes and timelines to meet company objectives, both short and long-term

    • Communicate with the estimating and operations teams and customers to define the project scope, and/or analyze bid documents to qualify targeted opportunities.

    • Develop conceptual prefab engineering capabilities, including system selection, layout, and sizing.

    • Estimate prefab interim designs to track and confirm pricing, conducting necessary research for accurate pricing.

    • Prepare and present completed prefab estimating packages to the Estimating team, and Operations team.

    • Continuously follow up on bid projects and accurately forecast future awards/probabilities.

    • Partner with Estimating and Operations to properly transfer awarded projects and perform buyouts when necessary.

    Here’s What We’re Looking For

    • A motivated problem solver with three or more years of construction experience

    • One or more years of estimating experience within the electrical industry preferred

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and specifically Excel

    • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Must be organized, detail-oriented and efficient

    • Able to provide a high level of customer service
