PROJECT ENGINEER
About the Position
Ready to jump into the driver’s seat of your career? We’re looking for a motivated Project Engineer to join our two-year Power Track Career Accelerator program, where you’ll make pit stops at departments across the company to gain knowledge and experience from the best in the business. When you cross the finish line, you’ll be ready to join one of our powerhouse teams, including Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and more.
Position Responsibilities
Complete eight, 3-month rotations on teams across the company to learn the ins and outs of each function and how they work together
Shadow experienced team members to observe day-to-day operations
Develop foundational knowledge of the construction industry and Power Design processes
Build strong relationships with leaders and peers
Here’s What We’re Looking For
College graduate with a construction-related degree
Detail-oriented problem-solver who loves new challenges and is seeking a defined career path
Strong communication and organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong ambition, adaptability, timeliness, ability to prioritize, and willingness to ask for help
Ability to relocate for a 3-month field rotation as needed
Ability to commute to our manufacturing and distribution center in Palmetto, FL as needed
