    About the Position

    The Business Analyst partners with stakeholders across Power Design to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate requirements into actionable solutions. This role supports strategic initiatives, leverages data to inform decisions, and ensures technology aligns with operational needs. The Business Analyst plays a key role in enhancing productivity, efficiency, and collaboration across departments.

    Position Responsibilities

    • Partner with business units to identify needs, define requirements, and deliver effective technology and process solutions.
    • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into system specifications.
    • Collaborate with IT, development teams, and vendors to design and implement process improvements.
    • Support testing and validation of system changes and enhancements.
    • Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide insights and track performance metrics.
    • Facilitate user training, documentation, and adoption of new systems and tools.
    • Support cross-functional projects by driving alignment between business objectives and technical capabilities.
    • Model Power Design’s values—integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and growth—in all interactions.

    Here’s What We’re Looking For

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or process improvement.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, data analytics tools, and ERP/CRM systems.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams.
    • Experience in construction, engineering, or related industries preferred.
