    about the position…

    The Assistant Lighting Project Manager works directly with the Lighting Project Managers to plan, execute and finalize projects while adhering to deadlines and budget requirements.

    position details/responsibilities…

    • Prepare submittal packages for Lighting project managers and Senior Lighting project managers.
    • Obtain fixture quotes and provide accurate pricing and recommendations for fixture solutions.
    • Work directly with manufacturers and vendors regarding lead times, product availability and pricing.
    • Communicate to all project team members regarding project status, inventory, budget, etc.
    • Assist with reporting and data entry while maintaining documentation for projects.

    here’s what we’re looking for…

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of the lighting supply chain process, or have similar experience within construction-specific distribution.
    • General knowledge of electrical contracting, lighting design, distribution and construction processes.
    • Ability to multi-task in a high volume fast paced work environment with very tight deadlines.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Organized, detail oriented and efficient.
    • Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite.
