    Located in St. Petersburg, Fla., the Executive Administrative Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a critical role within Power Design, providing high-level administrative support and serving as a trusted partner to the CFO. This position plays a key role in facilitating communication across departments, managing strategic initiatives, coordinating executive tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of financial and organizational priorities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and initiative while helping drive efficiency and alignment across the executive and finance teams.

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CFO, handling confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.

      • Serve as a liaison between the CFO and internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure timely communication and follow-up.

      • Manage and coordinate the CFO’s complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and high-level events.

      • Plan and prepare for key financial meetings, board presentations, and cross-functional leadership sessions by compiling materials and documentation.

      • Assist with special projects, including research, reporting, documentation, and presentations that support financial and strategic decision-making.

      • Maintain ownership of assigned projects and proactively drive progress to support departmental and company goals.

      • Attend meetings to record minutes, track action items, and ensure follow-up on deliverables to align with executive objectives.

    here’s what we’re looking for…

    • • At least five years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably supporting C-suite leadership or senior financial executives

      Must have an associate’s or bachelor’s degree.

      • Highly detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strict and shifting deadlines.

      • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of leadership and external partners.

      • Professional and poised demeanor, exercising sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality in all matters.

      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience preparing financial reports and presentations is a plus.

      • Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable approach to supporting executive priorities and driving organizational efficiency.
