    About the Position

    We’re expanding our client experience team with a dedicated Customer Engagement Coordinator who will take the lead on planning and executing onsite client experiences at our facilities. This role will focus on hosting and coordinating client visits and creating seamless, high-impact experiences that showcase Power Design’s work, culture, and capabilities.

    Position Responsibilities

    • Take full ownership of planning, coordinating, and executing client-facing events and facility visits, ensuring each experience reflects Power Design’s brand and leaves a lasting impression
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for visiting clients, guiding them through campus tours and ensuring a polished, engaging, and informative experience
    • Coordinate all visit logistics, including scheduling, agendas, internal alignment, and day-of execution to ensure a seamless experience from arrival to departure
    • Partner with Business Development and internal teams to tailor each visit to the client, highlighting relevant projects, capabilities, and value propositions
    • Prepare and organize presentation materials, tour routes, and talking points to support impactful client interactions
    • Manage onsite hospitality elements such as catering, room setup, branded materials, and overall client comfort
    • Oversee the sourcing and distribution of branded materials and client takeaways, ensuring alignment with Power Design’s standards
    • Track visit schedules, feedback, and engagement metrics to continuously improve the client experience
    • Support the Business Development team with administrative coordination and special projects related to client engagement
       

    Here’s What We’re Looking For

    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Consumer Behavior, or a related Field.
    • 3+ years of experience in events, marketing, business development, administrative support, or similar roles—preferably within the construction industry.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in leading in-person interactions and presentations
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple visits and details simultaneously
    • Professional, polished, and comfortable acting as a brand representative in front of clients
    • Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships internally and externally
