About the Position
As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you’ll play an integral role in executing memorable and high-impact customer experiences. You’ll coordinate client visits, foster lasting relationships, and represent Power Design’s brand through hospitality and professionalism that creates raving fans.
Position Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage customer visits, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from start to finish.
Collaborate with internal teams to plan logistics and support high-visibility client events.
Support the Customer Experience team by providing pre-visit planning and post-visit follow-up.
Engage with visitors to ensure every interaction reflects Power Design’s values and service standards.
Assist in preparing presentation materials and tours for visiting clients.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and elevate the customer experience.
Here’s What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Consumer Behavior, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in customer service, client relations, or event coordination.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
